Vancouver, BC - The Internet recently brought the Hive Mind Tour to Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom.

Alternative R&B trio from L.A, Moonchild, opened the show on a high note pulling out instruments left and right to keep the crowd on their toes. Their style was the perfect introduction to the evening and they set the mood just right for the Internet’s set.

After a very warm welcome from the crowd, The Internet, backed by old fashioned projector slides, started out with “Come Together”. The bass took over the room and the lighting was hypnotizing, perfectly capturing the colour of each song. Although they worked with some great animations, the visuals were always second to the music. The set, which included a big couch, two old-fashioned lamps and even a houseplant, enhanced the chill vibes for the audience to experience tracks like  “La Di Da”, “Stay the Night”, and “Come Over” as if it were a private house party.

With a gorgeous sunflower field complimenting classics “Wanna Be” and “Girl”, the jazzy alternative R&B bedroom pop sensations wrapped it up, high-fiving the front row and leaving the Commodore Ballroom bopping and grooving for days to come.
