Vancouver, BC - L.A.-based boy band BROCKHAMPTON took the stage at the Vogue Theatre Monday night and the chemistry between them was inseparable. Since their come up in the past year, the group has released their Saturation trilogy which highlights their unique ability to collaborate on a large scale and produce a distinct sound that hip-hop has not heard in a while.
Clothed in signature orange jumpsuits, the boys kept the crowd engaged through their whole 90-minute set playing all ranges of songs from Bleach to Star. The crowd moshed to the hype tracks and sang along whenever they got a second to take in just how iconic the experience really was.
Notably, the stage design directly complimented the self-started collective and their homegrown vibe: a living room aesthetic with chairs and an oversized yellow couch.
There is no doubt that we will be seeing a lot more BROCKHAMPTON in the year to come, with their much anticipated fourth studio album, Team Effort, slated for release in 2018. There is no question that Vancouverites will swipe tickets for their next tour the first chance they get.
